Performance Fabrications
was founded to provide quality motorcycle fabrication, tuning,
repairs and
servicing, ranging
from Mopeds to Superbikes.
Over the last 6 years my hobby has increased
with new
projects undertaken, such as making single components to building
complete bikes to customers specifications. I have always stayed
loyal to the Suzuki RG500 Two-Stroke with around 10 years
development, in return I now tune the most powerful RG’s in the
world, but also undertake work ranging from ‘Moped Mayhem’ bikes to
1000bhp Drag bikes.
I provide performance modifications and routine servicing specific
to your needs.
My experience spans over 25 years working in the engineering
industry, specializing in precision sheet metal work, CNC punching,
Laser cutting, Folding, welding and
machining.
Over 15 years specializing in Performance tuning and engine
management systems on high end race bikes and BSB Superbikes.
Fabrication/bespoke services
Our services include, Turning, Milling, Sheet metal work, Mig/Tig
welding of Aluminium, stainless, Mild steel. Bronze welding/Brazing.
We can manufacture to your design or ours, one off battery
boxes, handlebars, footpegs, fuel/oil tanks or any other part you
may require for your special motorcycle.
Get your metal parts shining with our stainless steel or ali
polishing service.
We can even arrange to powdercoat your frame, provide one off custom
paint schemes for all of your bikes bodywork, or airbrush a simple
design tank mural.
2-Stroke
exhaust Systems
Design and manufacture of bespoke systems for desired power and
torque characteristics.
