Ceramic Coated Pistons

A - A thin, highly polished ceramic coating on the crown insulates the piston. The reflective surface reduces carbon build-up and increases the rate of combustion.

B - A moly-disulphide dry-film lubricant coating reduces frictional losses and reduces the chances of galling and scuffing.

C -
A thermal dispersant coating inside the piston maximises the amount of heat rejection from the metal.

Price to coat Pistons £35.00 each
